Using Digital Intelligence to Drive Multichannel Results
A Fortune 250 consultancy helping large employers with the health, talent and wealth needs of their workforces. Three practices, three sets of buyers and offers — often inside the same company. The attention had gone to data, tools and an asset library of 800+ pieces; none of it was feeding the pipeline.
One narrative from constraint to consequence.
Three practices needed qualified leads fast — launch in weeks, not months — from an asset library nobody was using against a live audience.
We built digital audience profiles for each line of business, then wrote positioning and messaging from those profiles — Health, Talent and Wealth never shared a headline. We sorted the 800+ asset inventory: some ready, the rest marked for refresh, rewrite or retirement, and where the library was thin we built pieces people would actually finish (infographics, articles, short video). Four campaigns were built in parallel with U.S. and Canada versions of each — and when the client rebranded mid-flight, we carried the new standards through without flattening the audience work. Programmatic, search, paid social and native all pointed at the same pages; 37 dynamic landing pages matched the visitor by account (Demandbase), industry, company size and role. Retargeting and nurture picked up anyone not ready for sales; every form or download was scored and routed to Salesforce or back into the email track.
